For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The molding I was referring to is in the bedroom where the repair on the wall was done. This company also fails to mention that they never provided me with a contract or an invoice and just started adding fees. I was told that the price of $was to include ALL of repair the leak and wall in bedroom, replace the post, AND seal the chimney. The only thing that was added was a letter which I don't need or want at this point. I provided some of the materials which you also fail to mention. You are overcharging and taking advantage of customersThe price of $was outrageous for the work you did when it only hours which I rounded to hoursGiving you the hours with guys on the jobAnd the other job we had you do was also not done properly because the SAME area is leaking again. So please tell me how you fixed that? I wasn't there to see the work. I will not pay the rest and if you are a decent human being you will refund part of the money and we can part ways. If I owe you money please explain why as I still do not have an itemized invoice. It would be nice to see where you are coming up with these numbers. You have nothing to counter sue for in this case. I never signed a contract and I have a receipt signed by Dave saying he did all the work which he did NOT do.Regards,*** ***

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I have attached a signed receipt from Dave Taylor stating what work was supposed to be done for $700. I NEVER received an invoice or an itemized bill of any type from this companyWe never discussed "additional work" for more money as stated of $300. They came out to do an estimate which INCLUDED the work stated on the receipt attached. They came to the site unprepared and I had to provide them with materials including plywood, and insulation. Then they state that they had to bill me for drive time. They knew what was needed for the job and they came here without it, then try to charge me for time at the store getting supplies. I was told that they charge $65/hour. They were here for a total of hours and thats rounding the time up. This comes to a total of $(there were guy here on the first day for hours). The supplies cost them $which is a total of $I provided materials AND they did not complete the workI have an unfinished post with no trim and the moldings were put in unevenI sent them these pictures in email and social media. When I confronted Paul about this, he ignored my calls and emails. I want a resolution or I will take this to civil courtIt is unprofessional how they handle smaller jobs. They take advantage of customers that don't use them for large high paying jobsThis has nothing to do with my mother being here and I don't understand why that is even being brought up
