During our home buying process, we were continually uninformed & given incorrect informationThe lender K*** had to have us fill out our loan application twice & another document because he gave us outdated versionsThis happened on the first attempt on closing our houseOn another attempt, we were contacted on Monday & told to have a surveyThe survey had to be completed by the Friday of the same weekThe monthly amount of our loan changed on the last week as wellAt that point, we didn't want anything more to do with this companyWe never met our lender, until the day of closingWe also received rude emails from K*** as wellThe reply after confronting him about it, he expressed that he always typed in all Caps lockThat was untrue, and I have all of the emails as proofThe whole experience was completely unprofessional, & poorly put together
