I find that for the size of ***'s dealership they act more like the local ex-gas station dealershipMy wife and I purchased a used auto from *** for our granddaughterAfter the first 'promise you everything' our experience went down hill from thereThe dealer had only one set of keys for the auto, but promised to contact the previous owner to obtain the second setI was also told that if that wasn't possible, the salesman had a set of keys that could be re-programmedA week later I was informed (after calling ***) that the previous owner had found the second set and was going to bring them into to the dealershipA week later, and several calls to ***, I was told that the previous owner had gone to Florida and that *** was in contact with himAnother week later, (after calling *** again) I was told that the previous owner had mailed the keys and they would be in on Monday or TuesdayOn arriving on Tuesday the salesman denied ever telling me this and, in fact, said that the previous owner said that he dropped the keys off when he traded it in, and that *** couldn't find themAt this point I was told that if I wanted I could pay $to have a second set madeWow, how convenientI wonder if they misplace keys often? What a novel way to pad their salesI also found out that the sales pitch that my grand-daughter could get free oil changes for a year is actually changes, even though the owners manual calls for every miles or monthsI had heard that Tyler Automotive, Niles, MI was a shylock dealership, but was willing to give them the benefit of a doubtShame on meAnyone that buys used, or even new vehicle, from this dealership had better count their fingers and check for watch and rings when shaking hands with themNo wonder they don't belong to the Revdex.comProbably would be allowed to belong
