I am rejecting this response because:
While I appreciate the quick response and apology, I did in fact send a follemail on 12/for which I had never received a response The vendor (TYLT) should have realized that the order was not
delivered and followin a reasonable amount of time In addition, I never received a *valid* shipping code and this, too, was pointed out in my response on 12/ I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and assume this was not a malicious act, but I would not do business again with TYLT as a result of this completely botched transaction
They have agreed to refund my money, but I will consider this open until my refund is processed.

Review: I received the unit and I thought everything was great but I believe I got one with the charging bug, I'm using a Galaxy S3 and already had a wireless charging back. I was already using wireless qi charging with the Nokia bases without a hitch but this one charges on and off all night rendering it useless. This happens with an S3, my 2013 Nexus 7, and my wife's S4 as well. The company has been knowingly distributing these charging bases on a website and now that people in the forums are speaking out about the defects the company initially promised replacements. Now they no longer respond to emails, messages, calls, etc. I would like my money back.Desired Settlement: REFUND or WORKING replacement

I am rejecting this response because: I WOULD PREFER A WORKING UNIT. I have emailed Richard in the past and I'm sure the emails he sends will be the ones he's chosen to respond to. There were others that he did not. Along with Kannyn who finally worked up the muster to write me back on kickstarter. I'd like a working unit, is that so much to ask?

Review: I placed my order on 12/9/13 and was charged, but still have not received my item (wireless charger). I emailed them on 12/16 and was told they'd process it immediately. I emailed them again on 12/28 and never heard back. The order number is 10[redacted]8.ThxDesired Settlement: I'd like for this to go on their record and to be refunded. Apparently they did this to many customers who used their cyber monday discount code...lots of people complaining online

Review: I SPOKE WITH A CUSTOMER REPRESENTATIVE FROM TYLT NAMED E[redacted] IN REGARDS TO A WIRELESS CHARGER I HAD PURCHASED THROUGH MY CELL PHONE CARRIER TMOBILE. MY WIRELESS CHARGER WAS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH MY MOBILE DEVICE. I EXPLAINED TO E[redacted] THAT TMOBILE COULD NOT HONOR ANY RETURNS AS MY BUYER'S REMORSE DEADLINE HAD PASSED. I ALSO EXPLAINED TO E[redacted] THAT I HAD BEEN CALLING AND LEAVING MESSAGES FOR TECHNICAL SUPPORT AT TYLT IN REGARDS TO THE CHARGER. I NEVER RECEIVED ANY RETURNED CALLS AS THEIR VOICEMAIL INDICATES THAT SOMEONE WILL. THE DEVICE'S INSTRUCTIONS AND PAMPHLETS INDICATED THAT THE CHARGER WAS COMPATIBLE FOR ALL SMART PHONES. SHE GAVE ME AN ADDRESS FOR ME TO RETURN THE PRODUCT AS SHE STATED PERHAPS IT WAS DEFECTIVE. I ASKED HER IF MY PHONE WAS COMPATIBLE WITH THIS DEVICE AND SHE ASKED ANOTHER CO WORKER WHILE ON THE LINE IF IT WAS AND SHE DOUBTFULLY REPLIED IT WAS. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 9855576, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Thank you for all your help in this matter. My complaint had been in the process and during that time Mr. Richard Suman responded with his assistance. I am sorry the complaint was processed but I had no other means of contacting BBC to advise that the complaint had been resolved. I would like thank Mr Suman and BBC for all their help. I apologize if I offended all parties involved.
