We do not give customers the binary option of pressing vs. not pressing household items such as bed covers and comforters because our machines cannot accommodate their general bulkiness and girth. Although Ms. [redacted] argues that we divulged the option of pressing her cover only after she returned to the store to voice her complaint, this cannot have happened because we do not press household items in any circumstance. Hence, we do not offer customers this option in the first place because it is not something we can do. Visiting our store and viewing finished household items will confirm this fact; all of our household items are not pressed. Even though she says that we did not try to rectify her situation, there is nothing we could have done to begin with because of the nature of household items.
