Review: Started job (breezeway, porch addition) February 24, 2014 and never completed as per contract
Unsatisfied Work:
June 2014 poured concrete floor for breezeway (unsatisfactory work, severely uneven) (refused to resolve the issue in a professional matter)
Breezeway left unfinished (drywall jointing, painting, railing for steps , steps w/landing and baseboard molding not installed)
No screen installed behind lattice
No weed barrier under ramp
No Release of Lien
Left job unfinished approximately June 13, 2014 with out any noticeDesired Settlement: $1,100 (removing and re-pouring of concrete floor)
$200 (Replacement cost of ceramic tile)
$45 (primer/paint for breeze)
$22 (weed barrier)
$16 (mesh for screen lattice)
$40 (Material to build step)
Reimbursement Total: $1423 for completing the job
