[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.]IT HAS BEEN MONTHS ----- OFFER WITHOUT ACTION IS STILL NO ACTION !!!First, we had an oral agreement with TymrkI did not had to let you pull the girl's car out of the creek threw our yardYou could have pulled her out using the main roadI made it easy for you and in return you did not hold up your end of the bargain and left us with huge ruts in our yard Not only you left the ruts, you left your boards and rocks when they tried to get you unstuck.Second, the girl wreck into the creek and not in our yardSo the insurance will not pay for damages that Tymrk caused.Third, How can you say that you have offered but you have never returned not one of my many phone calls? I have made plenty of calls to you and your staff just lies for you You have never reach out to us and offer to fix the ruts I am the one that reaches out to you and you just ignore my calls.Everybody please be aware when dealing with Tymrk !!!

*** *** tractor and trailer broke down on interstate IWhere we towed his vehicle to our location at MacCorkle Ave Cabin Creek, WV Where we informed him that he needed a member rear endHe did not like the price we quoted him on the rear end and decided that he was going
to go to Chicago and purchase his ownI informed him that we was not responsible for the rear end since he purchased from somewhere elseSince we had no idea where or what warranty’s it was going to workHe went to Chicago that day and came back the next dayWe worked on the vehicle that day by taking out the rear endThen when he came back we replaced the rear end He did not want to pay his billHe later on paid with a credit card and the same day called and tried to cancel the transaction but the bank contacted us and we let them know he had repairs it was not fraudHe contacted TYMRK towing demanding us to pay his bill somewhere else because truck was broken downI told him that I would contact *** the owner and let him know the situationBut since day one he tried to get his money back and threated us with calling the Revdex.com since the day his truck was repairedHe told us that he was going to give us a bad review because he thought his bill was highAny mechanic knows that putting in a rear end that weights a zillion pounds and in the rain is not a 3-hour job*** tried calling him back and he did not answer*** is never in the office due to him being on the road or on a business call*** said that I was hiding *** I explained to him that stayed on the Road and they he was only in the office a short period throughout the day but I would take a message and have *** contact himI just don’t feel like we should be responsible since we let him know that we couldn’t warranty any parts we did not provide
To Whom It May Concern,We towed and done diagnostics on a [redacted]'s [redacted] Honda we found that it needed an automatic transmission, So we replaced the transmission. When replacing the transmission we had to get a new transmission filter kit to keep the warranty on the transmission, there is always...
fluid and shop supplies on every job done in the garage that is the cause for money owed that he says was not notified charges. When he contacted us about the transmission not shifting properly we offered to come and tow it to our shop so that we could send the transmission back because it has a warranty, even after the warranty was up we offered to fix it with no extra charge he did not want us to because he then said it was not the transmission it was 02 sensors and a bad motor mount, and a sway bar link. These parts will go bad because the vehicle is a [redacted]. Since we did not replace these items we don't feel like we are responsible for them.

Please accept my answer to ID [redacted]. The peoples insurance that wrecked are responsible for the damages that occurred from removal of the vehicle. We had offered to fix the yard but every time we had plans to do so something came up and we couldn't go there. I apologize for all...
this trouble but because of unforeseen circumstances we were just not able to help her.
