see. They said the report went to the wrong email address and that is why I did not receive the report. Regardless if this is true or not, I gave them several opportunities to make it right by calling them and leaving voice mails, sending them multiple emails which they could have just simply replied to with the attachment. If someone would have called me, that would have satisfied me. All I wanted was to know what was going on and a simple two minute phone call or quick reply to my email would have accomplished that. I will not do business with them again and I will go somewhere else for the recommended fixes because I just feel I will get the same kind of treatment.
