with [redacted] and [redacted] throughout this situation, and relayed to them what Management had told me. The fact of the 6 other customers waiting for plates is based upon customers coming in for plates until their plates are ready, which Management is now taking care of theirs as well. Since Friday 07/01/2016 Management has been getting plates for customers and having customers come in to pick up their Titles.
