Review: I orders 2 sets of tires, 2 sets of rims and 2 lift kits for our two trucks from [redacted] Korson directly at Type A Trims in CA on February 22nd 2014. $8,010.00 was sent directly to the company account. On March 7th 2014 we received everything except 1 lift kit, we let him know we did not get the other lift kit and he said he had to order it separately from a different company and it would be done that week.On March 12th we still had not received the product, tracking information and also not getting any type of communication from the company. Finally [redacted] texted and said the kit was already ordered and shipped through Zone and it would be delivered within 5-7 days.On March 14th we contacted him to get tracking information on the product, I again tried to contact him/the company with no luck on that day or on the 15th. Finally after trying again on the 17th I got a response from someone named Matt saying we would have tracking information on the order by the end of day or they would issue a refund which I had requested.Here we are on March 24th and still no product or answers from [redacted] or the company. My husband contacted Sport Truck USA (the manufacture of the product) and we were told that they were never able to ship the product because the company card was being declined. So we gave [redacted] the money but he does not have the money to pay the company to ship it out. As of today he/the company owes me $1115.00 in a refund.I have text copies of our conversations, bank transactions of the funds and a invoice from him of all the items purchased. Please assist us in getting our money back from this company!Thank youDesired Settlement: $1115.00 plus tax
