Review: Im filing this formal complaint against Tyrone Milling Inc., [redacted] for their witting, disingenuous, fraudulent non-sale of 20 (twenty), 3-gallon, 6-foot tall, [redacted] trees from the [redacted] which they agreed to sell me in May of 2014. Their failure to honor this agreement will severely impact the potential for both current and future growth and sale of [redacted] from my [redacted] business that originated to support both the Wounded Warrior Project (WWP) and Lone Survivor Foundation (LSF) for our recovering military veterans. Im a disabled veteran myself so the failure of Tyrone Milling Inc. to honor their verbal contract that was secured by legal tender (credit card) will initially delay/cripple my initial production efforts and have significant monetary impacts over the life cycle of the trees because a one year delay in growing is exponentially compounded in later years. [redacted] (employee) was aware this was a business-to-business transaction because I offered to provide my PA EIN over the phone, but she stated it was best to bring the paperwork when the sale was final. I provided her all my contact information (because I currently live in Maryland, but the farm/orchard is in PA) for when the trees arrived, but never heard from her. I called them and have been in email contact with Tyrone Milling Inc. since their default of delivery, but have only received excuses and projected blame and shortfalls of other entities including their local distributor and the supplier, ([redacted]) but, they are still legally bound to the original agreement. I have subsequently learned through [redacted] that Tyrone Milling Inc. received an additional five (5) pallets of trees in the fall (250 trees) and I was never contacted by phone or email. Their current refusal to honor a legally binding verbal contract secured by legal tender to sell the 20 trees is a criminal offense and I seek your help with a resolution.Desired Settlement: Compensation for loss of trees and current/future [redacted] production. Their lack of professional business ethics, integrity and possible criminal/discriminatory intent warrant an investigation and possible penalties.
