Review: [redacted] and his partner [redacted] promised my fiancé, [redacted], that they would clean up his credit for $2000, put two trade lines on his credit report foe $750 each, and would clear my school loans off of my credit for $1500. [redacted] was suppose to handle the clean and the school loans while [redacted] was in charge of the trade lines but we mainly went through [redacted] for most communication and updates, mainly initiated by us. While they were able to clean up [redacted]'s credit, they were not able to finish it in time they said initially and they were not able to complete one of the trade lines or my school loans. We were promised it would all be completed within two months. We paid them $2000 April [redacted] of 2014, then one payment of $800 and one for $700 on May [redacted] and May [redacted] of 2014, respectively, and the last payment on June ** of 2014 for $1500. We have been going in circle with [redacted] and [redacted] on getting everything completed. Just recently did [redacted] finish getting completing [redacted]'s clean up but [redacted] has only put one trade line on his credit but not the other trade line. Without both trade lines on [redacted]'s credit he was not able to apply for any type of credit because his score did not go high enough up for it to make a huge difference. Also [redacted] has not been able to do anything with my school loans, unlike promised by [redacted]. There was a huge lack of communication between [redacted] and [redacted] on what was going on with our accounts. Now, 10 months later I am completely exhausted my patience with these two guys. I have asked them for a refund on what was not completed since late January 2015 and have yet to receive any money back. They may keep the $2000 for the clean up of [redacted]'s credit, even though it took them about eight to nine months later than they said it would be completed. We just want our $3000 back since they could not complete the trade lines and school loans. [redacted]'s checks are now being garnished since February 2015 for his school loans, which was suppose to be part of the clean up. Had these guys completed everything they said they would [redacted]'s checks would not be garnished. I don't want to get a lawyer involved because I would like to settle it with them directly but I have been forced to find a lawyer. These guys are scam artists, have stole $3000 from us, and can't find the time to call us back.Desired Settlement: This is the last chance I am giving these guys to refund me before telling my lawyer to start the paperwork.

This complaint should not first reflect my business. This client clearly went through someone else to obtain services. The person said( [redacted]) is not my parnter. He is a broker who outsource his files to my company. The plaintive clearly stated that I ([redacted]) was to clean the credit and ([redacted]) was to hanlde the tradelines. Also stated that they went through [redacted] for most of the communication. However, I([redacted]) did receive both ( [redacted] and [redacted]s) credit report for services. After reviewing both reports, it was told that we can only do [redacted]s file. The [redacted] file, I [redacted] stated that we may not be able to do this file. I would address it but no guarantees and we will not take payment until we see it's done. We have cleaned [redacted]'s file and that was the job we was to do. The satisfaction of our services was stated in the complaint. Seems are their issue is the tradelines and we don't handle that service. Note: This [redacted], made a complaint with [redacted] with [redacted]. She stated that she never authorized any payment for services and charges on her card was fraud. [redacted] proved that she sent in false statement, so they dismissed it. She may be brought up for charges for filing false statement. Tyrone's Clean Credit Soultions have filled the services to paid client[redacted]s. Please DO NOT POST ANY COMPLAINTS AGAINST MY COMPANY. Thank you [redacted]

That [redacted] statement was made incorrectly with [redacted] but was later fixed. [redacted] was representing **. I can't help the lies that [redacted] said but he was representing **. I have bank statements showing proof of everything these guys are scammers! Someone else also filed a complaint with Revdex.com in the past for the same things with these guys

I am responding again to this complaint. First, this customer keeps stating that she gave [redacted] the money and she can prove it. Great, TYRONE'S CLEAN CREDIT SOLUTIONS NEVER RECEIVED ANY MONEY TO CLEAN HER CREDIT. What we did receive monies for, we produced the services as she stated in the first complaint. As for the statement with [redacted], it was not fixed or corrected. [redacted] seen that she clearly lied on her complaint and they denied her complaint. It is clear that this should be an issue with Her and [redacted]. Tyrone's Clean Credit Solutions has done every part of what we said to do. If she paid us and we didn't clean her credit. It would be no big deal to clean the lady credit if we didn't do it. That is not the case, we reviewed her file from the beginning and we stated then that we can try but can't promise anything!!. We stated that we will not take any money until we see positive results. So, Tyrone's Clean Credit Solutions DID NOT RECEIVE ANY PAYMENT!!!! This lady remember, stated that we did a satisfactory job on her boyfriend credit. So please for the last time, take us off this complaint and she needs to deal with the other party NOT MY BUSINESS!!!!!

Review: The business owner suggested that he was able to help repair my credit and promised an increased score. This was in November 2012. It is not 2014 and my score is in the same spot it has been in. There was about a period of six months when the owner would not answer emails, texts or return calls. He was very rude and abrasive. Finally after threatening to report to Revdex.com, the owner again asked for all personal information and passwords to a credit score website. When asked again for a refund and all business to be null and void, the owner threatened me by saying 'advise...you might want to send me what I ask for so next month you will have good credit.' As if to say that he will use my personal information and destroy my credit due to the shady business that he is running. I am sure there are other victims and this fraud has to stop. I am fearful that my credit will be damaged and my life is in danger due to him having accesses to my personal information.Desired Settlement: I am asking for a refund of the original payment and that all records containing my personal information, social security information, address etc. be destroyed. I want to be left alone.
