Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:This is in regards to the response sent by Mr [redacted] Drywall Attoey's letter: We Still reject this response, as we previously stated, we have had the framer contractor out as well as another drywall installer They have both given their professional opinion that this was an error on [redacted] Drywall, not the framer We hired another company who attempted to fix Mr [redacted] shotty work but it was done so poorly, that is was hard to cover up, but it does look better than it wasSince this has all been taking place, we have now discovered another crack in the tape and bedding joints on another part of the ceilingThis was also looked at by another professional drywall installer and this is also due to not doing the job correctly We have been told the only way to cover all the imperfections installed by [redacted] Drywall, will be to hand trowel texture the entire ceiling This way you can use enough mud and texture to cover up the problem areas Before we hired him to do the job, we wanted to give Mr [redacted] the opportunity to stand behind the job he did on my new custom home, and make things right by covering the imperfections with hand troweled texture If he would not like to do so, he can let us know and we plan to pursue him for the cost we will incur in hiring another company to fix his work According to Mr [redacted] attorney he is very customer oriented and takes pride in his work, if this is the case, he should stand up and take responsibility and fix his job I would also like to say that Mr [redacted] has not came to my residence once to look at this issue, nor has he called me Only communication we have had was his text message he has sent, and nothing else I do not know why Mr [redacted] felt the need to have his attorney write a letter a letter on his behalf, we are simply asking for him to do the right thing and stand behind his workmanship We paid him $20,and simply want our ceiling fixed like a new custom home should beThanks [redacted] Regards, [redacted] ***

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because this is not a framing issue I have had my framer out to look at this as well as another drywall installer and both have said this is not a framing issue It is a workmanship issue where proper technique was not used How does *** *** know that this is a frame issue when he has not once even came out and loked at my job since it has began? If his # priority was his customers satisfaction, you would think he could have atleast drove out to the job and looked at with his own two eyes, but he has not, All he has done is ignored me for the last month, dodged my texts, calls and now he has finally responded for the first time on 12/18/at 11:AM via text, which I responded to him and he has not reached out to us since, unlike his response to the Revdex.com says He has no intentions on fixing his shoddy workmanship Once he was hired, he has not came to our property once to check on his guys work, so how does he know this is not a workmanship issue? I currently run a service company going on years, if a customer is saying my guys have done something incorrectly, I cannot deny the claim without going to the job site and looking and listening to what my customer has to say I have already hired a competitor of *** *** Drywall to come fix his issue, after being more than patient with Juan and gave him over a month to try and reftify the problem The drywall contractor is able to fix it without any frame work being done, as I'm sure Juan could have, had he wanted to I will pursue *** *** Drywall LLC of Waco Tx for the charges I am having to pay to fix his problem I stand by my complaint of this business to the Revdex.com

I am rejecting this response because:This is in regards to the response sent by Mr. [redacted] Drywall Attoey's letter: We Still reject this response, as we previously stated, we have had the framer contractor out as well as another drywall installer.  They have both given their professional opinion that this was an error on [redacted] Drywall, not the framer.  We hired another company who attempted to fix Mr. [redacted] shotty work but it was done so poorly, that is was hard to cover up, but it does look better than it was. Since this has all been taking place, we have now discovered another crack in the tape and bedding joints on another part of the ceiling. This was also looked at by another professional drywall installer and this is also due to not doing the job correctly.  We have been told the only way to cover all the imperfections installed by [redacted] Drywall, will be to hand trowel texture the entire ceiling.  This way you can use enough mud and texture to cover up the problem areas.  Before we hired him to do the job, we wanted to give Mr. [redacted] the opportunity to stand behind the job he did on my new custom home, and make things right by covering the imperfections with hand troweled texture.  If he would not like to do so, he can let us know and we plan to pursue him for the cost we will incur in hiring another company to fix his work.  According to Mr. [redacted] attorney he is very customer oriented and takes pride in his work, if this is the case, he should stand up and take responsibility and fix his job.  I would also like to say that Mr. [redacted] has not came to my residence once to look at this issue, nor has he called me.  Only communication we have had was his 1 text message he has sent, and nothing else.  I do not know why Mr. [redacted] felt the need to have his attorney write a letter a letter on his behalf, we are simply asking for him to do the right thing and stand behind his workmanship.  We paid him $20,680.00 and simply want our ceiling fixed like a new custom home should be. Thanks [redacted]
