I went on her website to look at some wigs I asked for a cost of a wig they gave me the cash I went in to look at the wig and decided to get a different wig The wig that I have purchased was a body wave wig I want it cut into a Bob so she said they will straighten it out and it will be cutting the Bob and I picked it up after I get off work When I looked at the wig the wig was not the wig that I purchased first of all the wig was tight to my head and the one that I tried on wasn't that tight on my head If it's a body wave wig when you wet it the wave up will come into the wig they cut wig and it was not cut right it has so many short has a Short hair in it went back to get it fixed they just said they couldn't get a wig on my head I just left because I was so frustrated It's not the wig of purchase they gave me another wig that was tight and didn't fit my hair properly

Refund The business can I have the wig back I just want it all my money refunded because the wig is nothing like I want to be
Hello our policy is stated on the door and two different locations in the store, we do not give refunds and The client hair was not braided down properly she had her hair twisted so the wig could not fit her head properly. She only spoke with me on the second day I told her that the wig had to be put on her properly so I could fix the cut. She got upset because the wig would not go over the twist that were in her head. She didn't give me an opportunity to fix the wig. But stated she would handle it. I am licensed and I know the wig has to be flat in order for the cut to come out properly. The wig is body wave and NOT deep wave so it will not wave up when it's wet. She also didn't purchase a Ty's Beauty and Barber Supplies wig it's was made by someone that makes wigs in the store. She did not pay Ty's beauty and Barber Supplies she paid Ms. because that was who Made the wig. We can not and will not accept the wig back but it can be fixed.
