bought a heating and air unit 6yearsago every year it has to be worked on at great expence to me I have had such high power bills the power company sent their engineer out to find out why he said our unit was running on emergency power more recently ive been waiting since wednesday a week ago they no we have a 92 year old woman here sensitve to heat and cold her body dont tell her its hot normalley twice I calle [redacted] about it twice he said he would be out twice he has not shown up this is a bad unit no doubt its time to make it right ive spent alot of money on this unit notjust the unit but power bills now window unitsProduct_Or_Service: [redacted] hvacDesired Settlementiwont anew unit but not the same brand I think thats fair for the enconvenanceThe consumer called and said that the complaint was resolved. The business made several trips to repair it and didn't charge him.
