On April we parked our car in the parking lot of the mallOn that day there was a sign that said it was reserved only for the ***By mistake we went in that area then told the *** big gentilmen we wanna go outHe let us go and We parked at the public area where we always do and it did not say anything like no parkingWhen we returned to our car we were shock to see our car was towed! We went To the parking office in the mall and she said it is up to himThere was so many other cars that parked there and we were the only car that got towed because that guy did not like us that we went in and out of the areaThis is unfair I was also with my babyI had her needs in the car as well as the car seat she needs to travelI greatly appreciate if the management speaks to the parking manager and return our fee we paid for ($135) and for the inconvenienceThank you
