Review: I have been a member of Sports & Health for many years. September 2012 my contract expired and I did not renew it in [redacted] because I got married & moved to [redacted].

I contacted customer service & confirmed the cancelation of my membership from October 2012. I have not used the facilities in [redacted] since But they are still charging my account every month even after they were notified that I was not interested in renewal & gave me a confirmation. I have tried to contact them by phone & email and no one has returned my calls.Desired Settlement: I request that they stop charging my credit card and refund me for all the last 8 months of unauthorized charges.
