August 7, 2014Dear [redacted].I am writing to you in regards to a complaint filed against Tysons Tailors on August 1, 2014. We have thoroughly investigated the incident with all employees and most of [redacted]'s recall is correct. He originally came in with his 5 pants and we made...

measurements. He picked up his garments the following day, we urged him to try them on so that the measurements were correct, but declined. He came back the next day, furious that the length of his pants were incorrect. We both measured and found the in-seams to be in 28.5 inches. At that time, we tried to explain that pants will fit differently and that most people have slightly different lengths of legs which would make them look to be different. We urged him to try on the pants again so we could fix the problem. but he became very agitated and abruptly left the store. We would be more than willing to fix the pants at no additional cost for the customer, as we pride ourselves on great customer service. We would never curse in front of our customers, nor participate in illegal activities such as tax evasion. Please let me know if you have any further questions or concerns.Sincerely,Sung TManger

I am rejecting this response because:
The letter is totally false and inaccurate.
I had my 9 yr and 10yr old sons with me and also my 6 yr old niece.
I was not at all upset but calm and asked if she could make the corrections. I hope she has a security camera and would be willing to share the footage.
The elderly woman was the one who became upset me with for asking her to make the corrections. I asked for 28.5" inseams, in each of the 5 pants, each leg had a different inseam. One leg measured 28.5 and the other 29, on all 5 pants.
If I behaved like what she described, I'm sure my kids and my niece would have noticed and inquired about my behavior. I can assure you I did not behave in such manner as I'm respectful towards my elder as it is customary in my culture.
She on the other hand was combative and upset with me, the customer.

Review: The worse experience ever. Brought in 5 pants to get hemmed and each one was a different length. How can 5 pants all be different lengths when I asked the inseam to be 28.5 inches for all the pants? Not only are the pants different lengths, but each leg on the pants are different lengths. I brought it back to ask her to redo it and she refused. Just looked at me and smacked her gum and cursed at me in [redacted]. When I first brought it in, she insisted I pay cash. Now I know why. Extremely poor service and tax evasion, great combination.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of $86 in cash which she insisted I paid her.
