I do not have anything else to add that has not already been stated via myself and PayPal. Oh, and No I did not pick the color of the Swarovski crystal to use. Per the client's request, she had me order a color chart and ship it to her home. The client picked out her own color. As Far as I am concerned, the case is closed. If the client wish to move forward, that is her choice. Thanks so much.

Regards,
[redacted]It is evident this seller really did not have the intention to refund the partial payment of $600 originally offered, which I repeat: I never declined. Honesty, Why would I? I just asked her to please try and fix the shoes, which in turn she did decline and furthermore proceeded to cease all communication. Which is why I had to turn to different means of contacting her. It is just too bad that her customer service is this terrible. Very sorry for her.

Client claim item is not as described. I strongly disagree. I have been a strass artist for since 2012. What I do is embellish things with authentic Swarovski crystal. This client sent in HER shoes, which were very, very worn...to be embellished with Swarovski crystals. Client first claimed there was...

shadowing on the shoes. I explained to her that this is normal under certain lighting conditions. She then complained of overlapping of some of the crystals. I did see a FEW spots of overlapping from pictures the client emailed me. This sometimes may happen no matter how careful, just of the nature of the business of placing thousands and thousands of crystals by hand. Again, they are just one or two spots. Certainly not enough for the client  to demand a full refund.I strongly believe the shoes turn out very nicely. I did offer the client a refund of $600. She declined that offer (i still have the email if needed) and demanded a full refund. Once the client declined the offer and wanted a full refund, I told here well there was nothing else I could do. Now, I think it would be very unfair to me...especially since I honestly believe the shoes look very nice and she still has the shoes. Also, I did apply close to $400 worth of crystals and put in over 40 hours of work. I would of honored the agreement to pay the $600 refund had she accepted the offer, I am glad she declined as I truly now think it would of been very unfair for me.Client also signed my work agreement/contract stating the no refunds or exchanges as this is a custom service. I do have a copy of the work agreement/contract. I also have a video of the shoes and pictures. Client did send the shoes back for repair and I did fix what I saw, which were a few crystals missing. I honestly believed the client caused this. I was not able to do anything else as I just can’t fix shadowing due to lighting. That is just what crystals do under certain light. I tried explaining this to the client, that is when is started complaining about the overlapping. I did send the shoes back to the client and she now has the shoes. In my own defense, I think I did a great job and I think it would really be unfair to have to refund any monies as this product is as described. I honestly believe I did everything expected and beyond. Even gave this client a big price break when she asked. The job should of been $1350 I only charged here $950. This is another reason I think any refund at this point would be unfair. Not to mention the client still have the shoes with over $400 worth of authentic Swarovski crystals on them. I hate to say it but am starting to think this client is trying to pull one over on me. Even the pictures she sent to me where made to over exaggerate her claim. As I told her certain lighting you do see shadowing. Just how it is.  I too have pictures and a video should you like to see them. When I took this job, I know it would not make much on the job, so that is ok. I have no problem with that all. The $950 went mainly for labor and crystals. If added up it is not much for such a large job. I would not fight this if I thought I did something wrong. Just think it is an unfair claim.UPDATE:This customer also filed a claim with PayPal. PayPal did freeze my account for a few days. Just got notice today and PayPal decided in my favor and the case is now closed. My account has also been released. If you'd like a copy of the decision, please let me know. I can email you a copy.

Clearly the seller agreed with me on the not so desirable outcome of the shoes, otherwise she would've not offered the partial refund, which I have to clarify: I never declined. I also have emails proving this. I just wanted her to try and fix the shoes, because I cannot wear them as is. At the time I let her know that I actually rather her fix the shoes than give me the refund. Also I find it extremely unethical that this seller chose to 'cease all communication' with me. I was never rude nor mistreating, I was always very friendly and professional. I was very cheated by this seller. Also, I need to clarify that my shoes were not very dented nor worn, they were a little stained, which is why I decided to have them covered in crystals. If this would've been an issue in the final outcome the seller should've said something before hand. By the way, I still have not received the shoes back. I paid $990, my shoes were ruined, and on top of that, the seller still has them. In the least, I want the partial refund offered by the seller. Attached please find pictures of the original shoes, and of the final product were you can see the intense shadowing everywhere. Also attached are emails where the seller acknowledges the above referenced situation and offers the refund.
