I have had nothing but problems when I call this company. Everyone you speak to seems to have been trained to be rude and abrupt with the customer. I spoke with [redacted] numerous times on the phone in the promotional department and he is nothing but rude and stoic. The cars that they finance are old and need quite a bit of repair. Once you have noticed that the car is not up to par and you bring it to their attention, they will then explain that they are doing you a favor and they will end the call if you question them. The customer service department is extremely unprofessional, they will yell at you and be extremely disrespectful to the point of no return. I don't recommend that this company to any respectable person who is looking to redeem themselves financially. This company is not here to help they actually take advantage of those in need. My transmission and the engine went out in the vehicle. They were both under warranty and [redacted] explained to me that the company has spent thousands of dollars on the vehicle and he was doing me a favor. I contacted the shop that was scheduled to do the repairs and they explained to me that the price wasn't anywhere near that quote. After I explained to [redacted] that his words were false he wanted to end the call unless I stopped and listened to him. He also admitted that the money that the company spent on the three transmissions that they ordered from the junk yard, according to the auto shop, would most likely be returned to the company, so he did not in fact spend over thousands of dollars on the vehicle. I am a mother of a 7 month old child and when I got the car I was desperate and pregnant so I admit I did not do my homework on this company, but I feel it would not be right if I didn't report this company so that other single mothers who need help don't have to go through what I went through. This is a company that misleads and misinforms it's customers and it needs to be stopped. I ask that someone please check into this company by listening to calls that are recorded, and not just the ones that come after the customer has been lied.
