The business owner was hired to replace and repair my roofHe did not fulfill the job as stated in the contract and left the roof worse than how it was beforeDebris was left, various holes, cracks, and open seams all over the roofWater is ponding on the roof in the area he was supposed to repairIt was supposed to be graded towards the drainThe cornice was not replaced properly, cornice is bent out of shape and exposed wood not covered and is separating from the structureNo new hatch was installed as stated in original contractNo cricket was installed as stated in the contract When I complained he decided to send a different contract via email, but also did not fulfill all items on the new emailed contract which was sent after the work was completedWater is coming into the house where it was not previouslySky visible in many locations through the atticAreas are missing muck and mesh is exposedThe roof is much worse than beforeAttempts have been made to reconcile
