Brought my iPhone 8plus in for repairMatt had me pay $to do the repairs in cash onlyWould not provide me a receiptHe gave me my phone back with a case on itWhen I got home I took the case off and noticed my phone was covered in glue and the back was not attached to my phone properlyBrought my phone back the next day and he said he will order a new part free of charge and fix itAfter a week of not hearing from him he texted to have me come in to fix my phoneI left and came back an hour and a half later The phone back was still not attached and the screws to hold the phone together were not the original ones and do not fit in the phone properlyLater I contacted Apple and found out that he should have informed me that you can not repair a phone backYou need to replace the phone itself
