Review: Received an incomplete Certificate of Origin with purchase, company failed to respond to any requests made for new document with required info.

During the week of June 7, 2010, after purchasing a moped from their website (A 150cc, Series/Model "MC10") on May 22, 2010, I received an incomplete Certificate of Ownership from the company - it lacked important signatures, a dealers license number, and other dealer info. I've tried registering the vehicle at the state at which I reside, wherein the document was not accepted as a result. I've made numerous attempts to establish contact to resolve the issue; phone calls, emails, and even a formal letter sent to their address; all unanswered. They've made this impossible to resolve as they have not made any contact with me. Because of this, I've not been able to register the vehicle.Desired Settlement: I'd like to be issued a brand new, completely filled out certificate of ownership (i.e., having company dealer stamp of authenticity with authorized signature below it, signature of representatives on the appropriate lines on the front and reverse sides, and dealer's license number written on the appropriate line on the reverse side of the document) so that I can establish registration for the vehicle to be able to ride it legally on public roads as a means of transportation.
