I am the Owner/ Manager/ Nail Techwho did Ms***' nailsI called you on 02/12/regarding the complaints of the nail services at UC Nails, Rochester, MN, unfortunately I could not get a hold of you. In response to the complaints, I called and talked to Ms***, but
unfortunately we still have different opinions about it This is what happened; Ms*** got her pedicure done by a lady nail techand I was the male nail techwho did a fill on her acrylic nailsWhen it was time to polish her nails, she wanted me to polish her finger nails just like the picture she showed me on her phone, with her own nail polishesWhen it was haft way done, she said that was not what she wantedI told her that is what I saw on the pictureShe turned around saying I called her a liarI repeated that is what I saw on the pictureShe said oh, that is not a good picture, and she pulled up a different picture on her phoneI took off the nail polish and re polished her finger nails and drew free hand nail art designs for her, which was for finger nails according to the picture she showed meAs you know, for a free hand nail art designs, I only can do my very best of my abilities for the customersI have no reason to upset a customerWe are trying very hard to please and accommodate every customer to keep the business running smoothly For pricing, we have a x Nail Service Price List posted on the wall stated clearly for each serviceFill with regular polish $and $additional for gel polish (we do not offer discount for customers who bring in his/her own nail polishes, which she assumed was the case) (It sounds like bring in a pair of scissor to a hair salon to get a hair cut and expecting a discount)Nail Arts on fingers $& up(She had nail art on all of her finger nails) If I charged her full price, it was going to be $in addition to her $nail fillFrench Nails are an additional $She had a French style but instead of going straight across the finger nails she wanted me to do it diagonalI was just trying to be polite and said " Sorry, I can not do it good enough for youI did not try to hurt her feeling So to break it down, it was a $charge for her pedicure and $for her nail fill, additional $for every two of her nail art, (it cost her $for her nail art,) and $for her french nails coming to a grand total of $(and then $for her tip). However, if we were basing her final cost off the price sheet listed, it should have been cost of $100, but I discounted the service to make her happyI do recognize that she called ahead and asked for a price but know that when on the phone we are merely giving quotes for services inquired about and the price can change based on final services rendered I sincerely hope that we can come to a reasonable resolution as my mission as a business owner is to ensure 100% customer satisfactionI thank you for your time, Chinh

I am rejecting this response because: First of all he did call and reach meHe was quite rude as wellAnd I don't even begin to know how to respond to the pricing for gel as I said before I had called ahead and was told it was $for a gel topcoatAnd the way my nails were done I've never been charged more then maybe $for all the nails to look the sameGranted not at this salonBut I am talking going back yearsat leastAnd so for a total I haven't been paying more then $and that was with a tipAnd I always left with my nails as I asked
