I went to a Craft Fair at Arlington Park in Arlington Heights, Illinois I stopped at there booth and was shown a demonstration for reusable Hot and Cold packs., they felt wonderful and showed me they came in 3 sizes for neck back and slippers. the price was 65.00 I asked if anything goes wrong with items what is there exchange on product. They assured me they stand behind there products, so I purchased all 3 for 65.00 When I got home I tried to activate the heat wouldn't work so I got on line to exchange....I tried for 3mos straight and heard nothing I sent a letter to P.O. Box and no reply

I just stop at my P.O. box & found a letter from you. Below is a few attachments.
This customer has never tried to email or or call me or get in touch with me.
I have done 2 searches in my email to verify that I haven't received any emails form this customer.
If she contacted me like she stated in her complaint I would have responded & sent her out new hot packs.
I will send her an email in the morning.
I am willing to send out a replacement for her damaged hot pack. There is a exchange on the product if it's not working correctly.
