Checklist at the front deskOn the Move-Out Checklist, [redacted] initialed to acknowledge the? following: "I am opting for an administrative walk-through, and will not be present for the moveout? inspection."On July 31, 2016, U Club Binghamton staff inspected the resident's unit for damages and cleaning, and documented with photosOn August 2, 2016, the U Club Binghamton Assistant General Manager reviewed each damage and cleaning photo, in conjunction with the Unit Condition form (noting damages from prior tenants) and determined that the resident was responsible for the following cleaning charges, as they were not present upon move in thus caused by the resident during her tenancy: Clean bathroom tub, clean bathroom toilet, clean bathroom sink, trash out items left in bedroom, clean kitchen microwave, stove and clean common area wall.On August 12,the residents Statement of Deposit Detail was completedThe?
