our service center in October for a motor. The customer was outside of his 12 month/12, 000 mile extended service contract, however the service center agreed to help the customer out by covering the motor and only charging the deductible. The service Center has gone above and beyond for this customer, as has the finance company by taking arrangements on every payment so far.
