Review: I paid for the material on april 11, 2013 using paypal. I was told as soon as the payment is received, usually 5 days, the product would be shipped. It is now May 15, 2011 and I have called repeatedly leaving messages and no one will return my call. I have paid for product and they will not send it to me.Desired Settlement: A phone call along with delivery of product. I have contractors working on this project and they cannot finish until the product is delivered.
Review: I ordered products from their web site on May 1, 2013, $349.00 was drafted from my bank on 5/3/13 I have called and sent emails. I was told by [redacted] my order would be shipped by 5/09/13. I have not received my products and they will not return my calls.Desired Settlement: I would like to have my money back
