In June we made an appointment to have a compatible hitch attached to our Kia Soul at U-Haul on Grissom Rd in San AntonioWe scheduled an appointment with Mark Faires, General Manager for Saturday June 27thAfter working on the car/hitch for hour and minutes they informed us the hitch didn't fit, some kind of malfunction and would have to order another one, same typeWe scheduled a second appointment for Friday July 3rdAfter waiting for hours they informed us that the second hitch also didn't fitReally, it takes that long to find out a second time? Mark informed me that he started on our car on time, but was called away by customers,.....makes me think, are me not customers too? Mark informed us that he would order another more expensive hitch (at his cost) this time and would have it shipped overnight to his locationWe scheduled a third appointment for Wednesday July 8thWhen I called Mark on Wednesday July 8th to confirm our appointment, he didn't return my call/text till 1/hours later and then informed me the hitch had not yet arrivedI asked him if the appointment was still on, he told me he was gonna check on when the hitch should arriveSo after three appointments, after hours of our time and a pre paid hitch, we still do not have a hitch and a bike rack on our carWe are very disappointed by their lack of service, lack of response and lack of professionalism
