This store faild to honor their resevation with meMade no attempt to make things rightThen lied and switch my reservation to another store in an attempt cover things up and that was AFTER I told them in person to cancel my reservation if I couldnt get a truck that I neededWhen they switch stores they then blocked that truck from being rented for hoursThat cost the other location money because they couldnt rent it
This company showed me poor values when it came to customer serviceThey also showed me that they are dishonest and do not really careThere employees are also willing to do whatever it takes to hide things.This is endorsed by their managment who has made little if any attempt to contact me
If I was U-HAUL I would audit this store to see how much money they have stolen
