[redacted], our GM of our U-Haul Moving and Storage at National Rd., reviewed the information Mr. [redacted] recently provided and explained he waived all fees and added an additional credit to his storage account. He has attempted multiple times to get auto pay set up and has left messages and his cell phone number for Mr. [redacted] but has not received a call back. He did offer his apology in the message he left recently for failing to call him on the previous Friday as promised.

We continue to be committed to providing our customers with the highest standards of service in the do-it-yourself moving industry. Thank you for bringing this [redacted]er to our attention and allowing us to offer another response.

[redacted] U-Haul Ref#[redacted]   Thank you for your concern for our customer Mr. [redacted].   Rod B[redacted], our President for our Orlando Regional Office, followed up on the information Mr. [redacted] provided.  He asked we relay his apology for the inconvenience of the delay but they were unable to complete the installation.  He relayed no money was exchanged and an attempt was made to reschedule for a later date but Mr. [redacted] was not able to make that work.  A refund or an installation at no cost will not be offered or done.  This was a purchase that did not happen and we cannot make a refund when nothing was collected.  Mr. B[redacted], however, stated they could offer a $20 VIP Certificate that can be used toward a future purchase of another hitch or toward a rental on the many products and services U-Haul has to offer.    Along with our basic truck and trailer rentals, we rent pick-up trucks and cargo vans.  We rent towing equipment, storage units, steam cleaners and garden equipment.  We sell permanent hitches, boxes, packing supplies and propane in addition to many other items.   Our customers are very important to us and we regret to hear of situations that cause problems for them. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.Thank you for taking the time to see this through. Hopefully the location in the complaint will receive full training for future cases and the amount of negative reviews on [redacted] will go up. If everyone at Uhaul has the same attitude and action follow-up as you, I am sure the amount of positive reviews will grow and I'll be more likely to shop with Uhaul again. I'll be monitoring the latest reviews before shopping with Uhaul again. Thank you, again.

To Whom It May Concern, 
My name is [redacted] the cousin of [redacted] I never had a conversation with Mr. R[redacted] about them not being responsible for me handing the keys over to a stranger. I handed the keys to someone whom I thought was an employee, and so did a customer behind me. I did although have a conversation with Mr. R[redacted] about my debit card being charged $500.00, when we spoke about the charge I informed him I needed to know exactly what I was being charged for. He told me that it was because he could not contact the person ([redacted]) on the contract for 2 or 3 days, I then asked why I was not contacted because my number was also on the contract as a secondary contact, he then told me it must have been an oversight. And then my cousin ([redacted]) received an itemized list of charges and no where on there is anything saying that I was charged $500.00 for them not being able to contact me.

Dear [redacted], I received a copy of your correspondence to the Revdex.com. I'm sorry you are unhappy with U-Haul at this time. We value our customers and strive to always provide good service. I looked into the situation you wrote about. Here's what I found: Your rent was due on Dec 15th. A week earlier, on Dec 8th, we sent you an email reminding you of the due date and amount due. When the rent remained unpaid on Dec 19th, we emailed you a late notice and sent out a paper copy via [redacted]. We had not heard from you, so on Dec 21st, we attempted phone contact. Your agreement with us requires you to pay your rent on time, each month. Your due date is always the 15th. When you moved in, we asked you for an Alternate Contact person in the event we were unable to reach you and needed to. You provided us with the name and number for [redacted]. She was contacted and asked to let you know that your rent was now overdue and we needed payment or contact from you. This is our standard procedure when we are attempting to collect late rent. When I looked up your payment history I saw that you have been late several times since you moved in. In fact, you missed your October payment completely this year. We understand that things happen, but like any business we depend on our customers making timely rent payments, and/or contacting us if they are going to be late to see what arrangements may be made. There is no refund due to you and no free rental months coming. The rent on your units is now paid until January 15th. Our contract is month-to month and you are expected to make payment on or before that date if you want to remain in our Storage. We offer auto-pay on credit and debit cards and electronic check options to help make paying rent easier for you. I have spoken to 3 different people; 3 different phone numbers and now waiting to hear from the 3rd person now.  I spoke with [redacted] (from Uhaul [redacted]) on Tuesday, the 11th and he wanted to get the car fixed, I told him it had to be fixed at the time the dealership had it for safety reasons and a warning from a State Trooper for no lights.  I also informed him that we had all the proper documents to prove it was UHaul's errors that caused the faulty wiring, then I was given the following information:
