I have had 2 other concrete contractors review this contractors work and provide solutions to the issues. the pad in front of the garage has a slope TOWARD the garage of 1.5 inches. After Shock's answer to this was to barrow a concrete chop saw from me and cut a trench in front of the garage to re-direct rain water away from my building. He told me he would fill in the trench with a galvanized grate and since Mother's day this has not happened. The grate was not part of the orig bid and I told [redacted] that I did not really want a trench. The side pad was for a 2 story addition that [redacted] gave me a bid of [redacted] to complete. He did not pour the concrete to grade and there were no footings installed to provide support. The 2 bids I got stated that the building, if built would separate from the main house and needs to be re-done. I want [redacted] returned so I can pay another to replace this disgrace. I have been calling [redacted] constantly and he has never called me. I am being ignored and will be forced to pursue other means. There is an outstanding amount of [redacted] that [redacted] told me he could fix the issues if I give him the money. He has not shown any desire to fix the issues unless I pay him the remaining balance. I refuse to pay this because I fear that he will take the money and run. He has told me many times that the pads were wrong and if I give him the [redacted] he can fix them. He stated that he had fired his concrete man as well. Now he says that his work is satisfactory and many would accept it. Tell me how to upload pictures and I will be glad to prove the things I have stated.
