U-Haul Moving and Storage

My storage facility was full of bat poop rat poop and mouse poop as well as hundreds of roaches. My stuff is ruined as it is a complete health hazard. The insurance company is claiming no responsibility and their only response is 'we do not cover insects'. Again, BATS, RATS and MICE! I am losing everything I have paid U- HAUL, to the tune of thousands of dollars to store my stuff, plus the ins, and everything I owned in that storage rom! U-Haul is also doing nothing. The manager is very nice but Just says talk to the insurance, which apparently he himself had not done as judging from their response. In addition to not researching this issue to find out what went wrong; (Note: there are actual holes in the storage room ) they cleaned it and are preparing to rent it out to someone else who will indeed have the exact same issue. It is a total loss; I am not only Loosing the money that I have spent storing my stuff for all of these years which results in thousands upon thousands of dollars, but everything I own is destroyed because this is an unfathomable health hazard both to me and my pet. U-Haul is doing nothing to resolve this whatsoever, nor are they doing anything to make sure that this doesn't happen to the next tenant! They are taking no action and no responsibility! Basically they are taking my money and destroying my belongings!
