In I purchased a package of appliances and extended warranty on them from JSIn we had an issue with our stove only to find we didn't actually own any warranty because JS kept that money for themselvesaccidentallyThey covered the cost of the repair but how many times does this oversight take place and who would ever know if there's never a problem? We purchased something from JS in March of this year and used their financing through CitiI just found out that months later JS has processed that $charge for a SECOND and unauthorized timeCoincidence? I will not go near this shady store ever again and will make sure to spread the word!

Great furniture and great prices Staff are very friendly and helpful

Never deal with Rico Morales of JS furniture at Ellice Avenue, Winnipeg He will give you lies about the delivery of your order He will give you different reasons everytime you called him At first he will confirmed the delivery then on the day of delivery he will blame you that you never book the delivery date or that the girl who is booking did not confirmed it Then he will promise to delivery at the earliest possible date but no installationSo you will agree and confirmed it again the following dayBut when that date comes he will say the delivery was cancelled Too much playing around so we direct our call to the management and the manager said the problem is that the product is not yet in their vicinityWOW! August on phone, on phone, and in text and email we are communicating and never did he mentioned that they don't have the furnitures yet What he did is blame us that we never book for delivery Which is very lame reasoning and definitely a lie What a waste of timeIf they only admit their mistake and not blame the customer then everything will be resolve in good termsNever deal with them they are just good and extra nice in convincing you to buy from them but after that they will ***

I bought all my appliances from this store, fridge, stove, microwave, dish washer and Washer/dryer. I spent lots of money there. This company does not have a customer satisfaction guarantee. I wanted to return the inferior washer/dryer combo 7 days after purchasing and used only once, I was told no, because it was used there was no returns. No where on their receipts does it say "final sale" or "no returns or refunds", nor was I told by anyone it would be a final sale. Also, when my appliances were delivered, the delivery drivers could not handle the fridge and banged up my walls and my door, the manager did pay $200 for the walls to get fixed, and he was fast to solve that part of the problem, but too much hassle when its ME spending the money and giving THEM the business I would not shop here again.
