Truly representative of Florence [redacted] came to my house to discuss my situationHe was prompt, polite,knowledgeable, and completely professional.He gave me sound advice after he had carefully reviewed my plansWe were not able to do business due to scheduling conflicts on my part, but I would recommend this company very highly especially for commercial entities

We would appreciate an opportunity to view the furniture that we restored for the ***s over years ago.Preferably with a Revdex.com representative present if at all possible.We do not use a "water soluble stain", the stain is finish over with a clear lacquer.Our records show we used
a severe service grade lacquer, not any paint other than a green accent for details on the spindles and finial.I also do not show that the customer tried to contact us regarding any of the problems stated in the complaint.We would like to resolve this problem but feel we should be given an opportunity to view the furniture

Review: I have filed a previous complaint that is still pending and [redacted] called me to handle this situation and he did not handle it professionally and I do not wish to talk to him any more due to him leading me wrong and then when I called on conference with my bank to play the call back for them to hear our talk he became upset and I asked him again to play the call back to he can stop making me look like I was lying he hung the phone up. I do not wish to speak to him again due to the fact the way he handled the call no matter how upset the customer is you do not hang up if his company did right by me from the start we would have to have this issue like I told him therefore I do not wish to ever speak to him againDesired Settlement: 143.00

Review: I am writing this email because as a business owner I feel its essential for management to be informed of customer satisfaction. The whole processes started online for me. I needed to get my daughters dorm items stored for the summer. I contacted U-Haul customer service and spoke with [redacted]. It seemed like a simple process. He arranged a ubox and a mover Moving Mailbox to pick up my daughters items from TCU on 5/31/2014 and to take the ubox to be stored at a U-Haul location near the campus.A couple of days later I get a call from [redacted] from Moving Mailbox who asked me if we can do the move on 5/30. I explained to him that there was no flexibility and his company was chosen because it came up available on 5/31. I explain to him that my daughter would have no bedding if her items were picked up on 5/30. He told me he would make it happen on 31st and told me not to worry. He told me he needed to move some things around and would call me at the end of the day. He never called back. The next day I contacted [redacted] store Moving Mailbox and spoke to a woman with a very heavy accent. She took the message from me and assured me that [redacted] would call. He did not call so I contacted MovingHelp.com and spoke with a woman who took my information and gave me number to call. I told her I had already had gone through the process without results and my daughter moving is 2 days away. I stated to her that Moving World was recommend from Moving Helps website and I felt it was her job to get it sorted out. She contacted [redacted] store and spoke to a woman with a heavy accent. She proceeded to tell Moving Help that I she had told me that it had been handled. I was shocked because I had NO communication with this woman other then leaving a message for [redacted] and she proceeded to tell Moving Help that she contacted me..This so called conversation never took place![redacted] contacted me about an hour later and he was reassuring. I gave him my daughter # and everything seemed to be handled. 2 days before the move, I contacted Moving World to ask them where the Ubox would be stored? The lady with the very heavy accent told me she could not find that information for me. I asked her if this was a U-Haul number and she said yes. I informed her that it was her company picking up the Ubox so why would she not know where it would be stored. She told me I needed to call another number so I again asked her if I was speaking to a U-Haul employee and her response was why do I want know. I asked her for her name and she said I cannot give you my name and hung up on me. I contacted U-Haul customer service and spoke with Michelle who was very helpful. She told me that the woman I spoke with was not a U-Haul employee but works for Moving World. I expressed concerns because it was U-Haul who set me up with this company.[redacted] did great job moving my daughter. I dont know if he is an employee or and owner of Moving World or an employee. This whole process has been a nightmare for me. I contacted 1-817-921-3024 (U-Haul) to confirm delivery, storage and payment of the ubox. I was immediately transferred over to the sales department. I spent over 31 minutes on the phone this morning and still have not received confirmation of any information. This whole experience has been a nightmare for me. The amount of time and energy that I have spent trying to get information has been so unacceptable. I am currently waiting for the general manger of the location where my ubox was supposed to be delivered to contact me. I have spent over 2 hours on hold since this whole process began.Desired Settlement: My contact number does not come up [redacted] and I don't know the where abouts of my storage box. I want to be reassurance through conformation.
