U-Joint Auto Parts

Review: R and J Auto Sales bought a "new" clutch, and t and J Transmissions did the labor. I found out by a previous employee [redacted], that [redacted], and the owner of U-Joint knew they were selling R and J auto sales a "used" clutch, although they told R and J auto sales(the place we bought our suzuki) the clutch was new. My wife and I went back to T and J automotive with clutch problems, and even paid them a diagnostics fee. The owner of U-Joint auto parts was at T and J Transmissions, and the receipt states the clutch has a lifetime warranty and the owner of U-joint wrote on the receipt that we were out of warranty 12 months and 12 days, and the receipt stated "life-time" warranty. [redacted] stated to me that they knew they were in the wrong, and refused to do anything about it.Desired Settlement: My wife and I would like either U-Joint or T and J Transmissions to provide a new clutch, and pay the bill themselves for the labor since we were taken advantage of, and they knew they were taking advantage of us as customers.
