Review: I purchased a [redacted] 1 year membership for U Know Kids at $45 for the year. During sign up, the [redacted] coupon code would not work and the website registration asked for my credit card number. I reluctantly put my credit card number in and U Know Kids proceeded to charge my credit card $19.99 for the next 9 months (total $159.60). During this time, the website was constantly under repair and not providing the service advertised. It was not even close! I cancelled the service but continued to be charged $19.95 monthly to my credit card. When I realized I was still being charged, I complained. They responded they could only refund 3 months of my payments because of a "limitation placed upon us by the bank". They refunded me $59.85. I further complained to the corporate offices and finally Mr. Wes W[redacted] said he would send me a check for the remaining $99.75. That was in May of this year and I have not received the check.Desired Settlement: Refund my $99.75 and provide the stated service to their customers.
