returned and paid the balance of $in full on his debit card to finalize the sale.*** *** knew that when he purchased the vehicle AS IS it had failed the Virginia State Safety Inspection. Please take a look at the attached signed disclosures acknowledging the condition of the vehicle. Woodbridge Public Auto Auction does not have any knowledge of this vehicle being in a flood vehicle.
