Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:From dealing with U-Neek, I would like to keep this complaint open until after the 10th to see if they really do install the valve as promised.They could have easily checked with Joe, the sales person, to see what he had promised me on his pricing sheetI also had forwarded his pricing sheet (quote) back to to u-Neek on 6/29/ It takes until 9-1-to figure it out?This email is available if you would like to see it.Sincerely,*** ***

When we were first questioned by Mr*** regarding the winterization inlet valve we looked through all of the files and paperwork that related to this dealAt that time we also talked to the sales person that sold the trailer and technician that performed the walkthrough and pre-delivery
inspection. During our inspection of the files and interview of the employees involved we did not find the anything that indicated Mr*** had requested or purchased the winterization inlet valveI have included a picture of the worksheet that the deal was worked from as well as a copy of the signed purchase agreementOn both you will see that the only options and accessories that Mr*** purchased were exchanging the factory gallon propane tanks to an upgrade to gallon propane tanks, and adjusting his weight distribution hitch to match up to the new trailer.I believe there was some confusion during the walkthrough when our technician, Dan, mentioned the water heater by-pass valveI believe Mr*** may have understood or assumed this reference to the water heater by-pass was the inlet valveThe factories don't offer the option of a water pump winterization inlet valve that Mr*** is referring toThis would be a customer or dealer installed featureOf which we have no record of Mr*** requesting or paying for this feature.We have several emails to and from Mr*** regarding the issues on his trailer and the claimed missing inlet valveWe have offered to install an inlet valve as "good will" for Mr*** at no chargeIt seems he did not want to bring the trailer back to the dealership so we mailed the inlet valve kit to him and explained it should only take about minutes to install the kit himself.I feel we have done our part in offering to install a part that was not included from the factory and was not paid for by the customerWe are trying to satisfy Mr*** to resolve this issue, he apparently does not like our resolutions though I believe they are generousWe have sent him the part and offered to install without receiving any payment for the part due to an apparent misunderstandingThere are no price quotes for this part or installation, there was no money accepted for the part or installation.Even though Mr*** has turned in this complaint to the Revdex.com, filed the same complaint with the Attorney General of Washington and sent a letter to *** *** *, I am still offering that we will install the valve at no charge if the trailer is brought to our dealershipThe part has already been sent to and received by Mr***.I am not sure where the disputed amount of $comes from, the parts is $and has been supplied to him as "good will", the labor cost is less than $to install the part.Please feel free to contact me if there are any questions. We have talked to Mr*** and now understand the paper he supplied with the writing is from our sales person writing confirmation of the features Mr*** wanted, we did not have or had seen this document previouslyThe salesperson did confirm it was his hand writing and he mistakenly wrote yes next to the winterize inlet valve option not understanding what that isRegardless, we have contacted Mr*** and scheduled an appointment for a technician to go to his residence and install the winterize inlet valve on September 10th at 10am since he is unable to bring the trailer to us

I responded to this complaint on 9-1-Mr*** provided a paper to you on this last complaint that we had not seen and were not aware of showing the salesperson had said the valve was included with the trailerWe have contacted Mr*** and scheduled a service call to his home on September
10th to install the valve.Terry S*President
