Thank you for forwarding our member's complaint and concerns to usWe appreciate the opportunity to address the issues and have reached out to our member and spoken by phoneOur member asked for a principal only payoff and we explained that on a simple interest loan, as our vehicle loans are, interest accrues ( or is added) daily to loans and is not lumped in at the beginning of loansThis is in our member's favor as they pay less in interest if they pay in advance on this type of loan, and is how most vehicle loans work in the finance industryWe have forwarded the payment history to our member to better explain how this process works, and ask that they come in for us to review the payment history with them if possibleWe have offered giving the payoff which would include interest that has accrued since the last paymentThe member also believed that a payment had been made on the loan in early August for the July paymentWe have done research of all transactions done at the credit union on the date the member believed the payment was made and do not have a record of that payment or amount coming into the credit unionIf the member is able to locate a receipt or proof of the payment we will be more than happy to look into this further

I am the one that has made multiple attempts to get a hold of them to correct this issueWe are in communication and their offer to resolve the issue is their ONE offer and they won't budgeI would like them to produce all payments records since I got the loan in April, 2011, since we can't agree on the month the "skip a pay" was intended for, as my records indicate April, 2015, as I wrote on the form and their records indication March as they wrote on the top of the form
