I have left the customer 2 messages on different days with my direct phone number so that he can call to give the tracking number of the package in question. Once the customer calls back I will be able to assist him with the resolution that he has requested. The package that I believe this customer...

is talking about does show as being delivered to his address on January 19th.

The attached documents show that the package was delayed, then delayed and then delayed for almost a week. The package should have never been delayed. If they claim weather was the cause it simply was not the case because I received a package from UPS about a week earlier, which was delayed due to weather a few days but that was understandable due to weather. The second package should have never been delayed because road conditions only improved.

I'm very sorry to hear about all the trouble with this package. During the time that this package was being scanned as emergency conditions we were encountering a good amount of snow in this area. As it were, we unfortunately had one of our driver's get injured while trying to make a delivery in this same area; during this timeframe. In addition to this, our delivery truck got stuck several times in consecutive days attempting deliveries in the area. The combination of these factors resulted in the determination of emergency conditions for your address on those specific days. I sincerely apologize for all the trouble with your customer that came as a result of this.
 
If you feel you are still due a refund for this shipment you would want to get in contact with the shipper per our policy. The recipient of the package pays the shipper for the charges to transport. The shipper then pays us to send the box. Therefore we would only be able to refund the shipper of the package directly for the charges if the conditions qualified.
