I'm willing to pay for the fiber board like agreed will address the cracks within the day time frame Thank You

When I first came upon the heater I asked Mr*** if he knew anything about it Mr*** stated I know nothing about it.! informed Mrs*** that had no way of moving such a heavy object she stated that it was fineA week or so went by and I sent one of my men back to the *** home for touch
ups and Mrs, *** told my guy that the heater had to be painted behind already knowing that the heater weighs pounds and that had already told her that I had no way of moving it and she previously said it was fineMy guy trying to be a nice guy tried to just slide the heater forward just an inch or so to paint behind it In doing so the heater unfortunately tipped over landing on my guys foot injuring toes which he went to the ER to have them checkedA few days later me and other guys returned to the *** home to inform her of the ER visit and the diagnosis and lift up the heater back into placeMrs*** stated she did not care about the ER visit or the diagnosisAfter inspection the heater and cover was fine but the insulation was brokeI was a little upset she did not care at aft but I did offer to pay for the insulation anyway she said okNow after months go by she emails and states that the insulation and the heater cover are in.There was never an agreement for the heater cover we both agreed at the time of this incident the cover was fineI did agree to pay for the insulation but now Mrs*** says I have to drive to New York to pick it up that was never talked about or agreed toAlso since I didn't respond to Mrs* *** immediately due to being out of town but as soon as I got back I responded immediately now she's attacking me all over the internetMrand Mrs*** are now trying to ruin my company's good name over this situationNO WHERE IN MY CONTRACT DID IT SAY I WOULD MOVE THELB HEATER

[redacted] Attached are the pictures (1205 & 1206) of the damaged cover.  The piece of the cover that has rips and tears in it is part of the cover and can not be ordered separately.  It is all one piece.  That is why the cover needed replaced.  With respect to the insulation boards.  They were in stock in Owego, NY and could not be shipped from New York to Pennsylvania according to the technician at [redacted] because they are fragile and will break.  The cover was shipped from England to New York.  [redacted] sent their technician down from Owego, NY with the parts to repair the heater.  They charged us for the technician to transport the parts and also for him to check out the heater and the controls to make sure there was no more damage done when it hit the ceramic tile when U Pick Pro Painting's employee tipped it over.
