I went into the store in Albuquerque nm purchase a engine and accidentally left my tools near the loading station left home when I finally realized I left all my tools behind called the store this was at 458 pm yesterday the person that answer said yes there still there I asked if they could save them till today in the morning since they were closing already they said yes asked me my name and today I walked in thinking cool I did not loose my tools but they looked and looked and could not find my tool bag this is very aggravating since they said o yes we have it come tomorrow for it and now nothing.

Review: I purchase a rebuild battier for 1999 deville on 12/27/13 the battier was no good I brought it back that day they didn't have a battier to replace now they are telling I have to wait until 1/03/14 or 1/06/14 they will not give me my money back they gave shore creditDesired Settlement: to get my money back!!!

Review: U Pull & Pay advertises part pricing on their website. However, as of September 3, 2012 they don't inform potential customers that they charge a 10% "environmental fee" which is misleading or false advertising. Their pricing is actually 10% higher than represented on their website. The only place they note this is on a sign at their entrance and on receipts. There is also no signage at the checkout referring to 10% up charge.http://upullandpay.com/cincinnati/part-pricesDesired Settlement: I have documentation of spending $987.04 after environmental fees and taxes during 6 visits in 2012. I have come to realize that environmental fees accounted for $84.22 of that spending. I would like $84.22 refunded in cash or store credit. I'd also like them to update their website to note the 10% environmental fee.

Thank you for taking the time to communicate with us. We understand you feel you were misled about the total cost of auto parts from U-Pull-&-Pay, since our online price sheet did not include details about our 10% environmental fee.

Although we have two signs at the store which explain the environmental fee - - one in front and one in the admissions area - - U-Pull-&-Pay inadvertently left the 10% environmental fee off the parts pricing on the website. We apologize for this omission. This verbiage was added to our website on September 10, 2012.

We are sorry that you are unhappy; your satisfaction is very important to us and we want to keep you as a customer! We are sending you a $100 store credit, and sincerely hope to regain your trust and retain you as a valued customer. We greatly appreciate your feedback and apologize for any confusion the omission of the environmental fee on our website may have caused.
