Review: 7-11-12 I called U Pull U Save at 4;55pm to schedule a pick up of my 95 Toyota Carolla. The next day they called at 10;30am and we were disconnected, I called them back and they said their driver just left and to stay home to wait for him. He didn't show up so I waited until 2;27pm to call them, they said the driver will be there soon. Still no driver so I called them again at 4;00pm they said sorry the driver is here we are sending him now.I called them at 4;32pm they said the driver will be there really soon. I called them again at 5;28pm he said the driver called me but I didnt get any calls so I told him I called every thirty minutes, I asked when the driver called me and he said "everytime" and he hung up on me. I called him five times more and everytime he hung up on me. I asked his name and he would'nt tell me. The wasted my whole day, instead of apologizing they tried to blame me. this conversation was between my cell phone ###-###-#### and their bussness number ###-###-####.Desired Settlement: To realize their mistake and better treatment of customers

Review: My father went to U pull U save found a 97 Geo tracker roof in near perfect condition called me at home and told me about it... I looked on U pull U saves website on their pricelist to get a price on it. Convertible roofs are not listed on the price list so I called U pull U save and asked them how much a convertible roof without the hardware was. I was told it was $15 I said great I will be in to get it. I got my husband out of work and we headed there. I got there took the roof off in 5 minutes and was inside ready to pay. Now U pull U save has a unwritten policy that if you are going to use a Credit Card that you have to have ID. So I got my husband, He went to pay for it and they said it was $75. My husband said that's not what you told my wife, They told him that I must have heard them wrong and got my parts mixed up. I went into the office and tried to reason with them. I talked to the same gentleman I had talked to on the phone and he said the same thing to me that I got my parts mixed up and that that was not what he meant. Not my problem. I asked for a supervisor he yelled for [redacted] who was in the back office and told him " we have a situation out here" I waited for [redacted] who was not on the phone as I could see in his office for 10 minutes before he would come out and talk to me. I told [redacted] my issue and the other gentleman said " that's not what I said" I said " you see me all the time, I know my parts a roofs is a roof a hood is a hood and I said on the phone convertible roof." [redacted] said " well I cant let it go for $15" and I said " I cant buy it for $75" I was told "then have a nice day" and he walked away from me. My husband also tried to talk to the owner that was onsite.. to no avail. He treated us like dirt.Desired Settlement: I would like U pull U save to honor their prices quoted whether written or spoken. If you do not know the right price then don't speak it. If the roof is still available in the shape at which I was going to buy it I want it for the price quoted to me over the phone. I would also like an apology for the disrespect that I received from the complete staff at U pull U save. I was lied to as was my husband. We were told people were management that weren't actually management.
