Please respond here ONLY]i trusted them that this was a dependable car and it was not I had three different mechanics tell me the noise the Nissan was making meant that I would very soon have to replace the transmission. And seeing all the problems I had already experienced with a bad battery I felt I had been given a lemon of a deal. I am a single mother of three and I needed something dependable. And the good faith claim of his is insufficient as he promised the owners Manuel and floormats and a remote that I never recieved to unlock the said vehicle. And vehicle should be sold standard with an owners Manuel with anything you sell of such importance. This company is not good to their customers at all.Regards,[redacted]

On April 1, 2015, the complainant purchased a 2009 Nissan Rogue As-Is from U-Ride Inc. but financed it with another source. U-Ride Inc. replaced a defective battery, ordered new floor mats and an owners manual at no expense to the customer after the purchase as a goodwill gesture. On November 19, 2015, the complainant voluntarily surrendered the 2009 Nissan Rogue to the lienholder after placing over 17,000 miles on the said vehicle. The lienholder took the vehicle to a local Nissan dealer and was told by their Nissan master mechanic there was not a problem with the transmission.
