I was stressed over a major air issue that ruined my hardwood floors! They will have to be pulled up and replaced, huge expense! It's a Sunday, not normally easy to get help! *** recommended this company and they sent a tech out asap! A great rep came out a spoke in a calming way and further helped out by calling the next type of service man and explaining his findings for us rather than us trying to relay the information! He was super! He told us what the best cost efficient way to proceed and we felt at ease in knowing if we do end up having to replace our aged unit we would be done right! He did all he could to hold us over, until we get it all figured out! And stopped the issue from destroying the hardwood floors any further damage! He was kind and professional! It was apparent we were women with no experience with this type of thing! So he explained things in ways we could understandThe best way to decribe this tech was highly knowledgeable and extreamly professional! A+++
