Review: In August, 2015, I was told the nightstand that goes with my son's furniture would be discontinued. I was charged for it within minutes of talking to them. They told me delivery would be 6-8 weeks. I called in October and was told another few weeks. This continued until December. They offered to deliver it for free since I waited so long for it. They (Ryan) said they could leave it outside but being that it is furniture I said we wanted to be there. I got multiple calls confirming December 30 delivery. I got a final call saying the window was 11:30-1:30. My husband stayed home all day so that we could be there when it arrived. At 1:45 it was not there and I called USA Baby. When I explained the inconvenience of it all to Ryan he said I was being unreasonable. I said I wanted my credit card refunded which he refused to do, saying it was a special order. After much discussion and multiple rude comments from Ryan, he deducted $50 off of my credit card. I just received the night stand at 3:00, more than an hour past the window.Desired Settlement: Refund

Review: I have an invoice from the USA Baby Pittsburgh website for the purchase of a Mix Stationary Crib for $324.49 for in-store pickup. I received a phone call from an employee, [redacted], of the store on 5/17/13 stating that the website isn't fully functional and that the price of the crib is actually $599. I called the manager, [redacted], today to discuss the matter. He reiterated that the website (although it appears functional and allows you to purchase items) is not working yet and that he will not honor the price that I have in writing on my order invoice. The website continues to be active at this point, allowing this to happen to others, although I noticed today that they have changed the price to $629. I am left without a crib for my first son now and a company that doesn't make their mistakes right with the customer.Desired Settlement: I would like USA Baby to not only honor the price quoted to me in writing, but I would like the website to not appear to function as a store if it is not complete so that this does not happen to someone else.
