U S A Discounters

USA DISCOUNTERS made an unauthorized debit transaction to my bank debit card [redacted] on Dec 13, 2013 in the amount of $90.49. This is a fairly new account. I walked into USA Discounters in Clarksville, TN and used my bank debit card for the first time on 11/30/2013 as a one time payment. I did not authorize in writing or verbally for USA discounters to use this card for any future payments. I have been in contact with [redacted] from USA Discounters and I have a record of email communications with her that she agreed that I would go to my local store and pay $100 on each one of my pay days which is every other Friday of the month. I have receipts to prove that I have kept these arrangements. The only reason I did not go into the store on the 13th of December 2013 is because when I went to draw the $100.00 from my account to go make my payment I saw the charge on my statement. Unless the laws have changed and I'm unaware, no business can assume it is ok to debit an account for future payments because I used a debit card as a one time payment. What if the card had not been mine. This is unacceptable and I am not Authorizing this business to debit this account. Because this is an unexpected withdraw it has caused other payments that I have made to become unpaid and my account in overdraft.
