We will re paint the shuttersMy only question is why did it take over a year to notice that there was color difference? I have dealers all over the city that sell my shuttersI have been in business over years and we have installed over jobs and not once in all of those years
has someone come to me a year later and complained that their paint color was a little offYou must understand that re painting a job this size is costly and because it took over a year to notice I have to question 'why did it take over a year'? If the color was so different why was it not noticed before the job was installed? Also, when the frames are removed there will be scarring of the wall where they were attached The frame, once re installed will cover this scarring, but until they are re-installed it will be visible. I will have Rob coordinate the re paint. I have dealers that sell my shutters, just like *** *** has contractors that sell their products, and it is the responsibility of the dealer to handle issues with the customers that they sell to and verify paint colorsThey make a profit by selling my shutters and other window coverings and when there is an issue it is there responsibility to take care of the problemAlso, had the paint issue been brought to our attention in a timely manner I could have had *** *** cover the re paint cost because in the end it was their faultThey are suppose to have the exact formula for *** Paints (we use a *** *** match, which is a more expensive paint, because *** is a lower quality paint and we have had issues with their paint over the years)Please note also that in our years this is the first complaint ever filed against USA Shutters....
