On 2/04/I ordered lawn concert tickets for an event in July from the above referenced company On April 6, I received notification from FedEx that the tickets had been delivered to my front doorThe tickets never arrived I contacted USA tickets by phone, and spoke with *** ***He informed me that since they were not reserved seats, they could not be refunded or replaced He initiated an inquiry with FedEx The driver informed her supervisor and *** that she had delivered the tickets, and would come to my home to set the affair straight No one from FedEx came to my homeI once again contacted USA tickets, and got no replyI then sent an email notification to USA tickets of my intention to dispute the charge with my credit card companyI got no written response to my emails, but instead a series of intrusive phone calls I arranged to purchase tickets through another company, which was able to deliver tickets to the same event the next day Finally, I accepted a ca

Enclosed is our response to case ##*** filed by Mrs*** After reviewing our records, we show that a FedEx package trace was completed and FedEx maintains that the package in question was indeed delivered to the customer at the address specified in her order Please
understand the following timeline Mrs*** contacted our office on 4/concerned she had not received her order even though FedEx indicated it was delivered on 4/ At this time we initiated the trace with FedEx FedEx assured our office they would investigate and make a determination on the status of the package Whether or not FedEx attempted to contact Mrs*** personally we cannot know, but once again FedEx maintains the package was delivered correctly We have offered to replace the tickets with identical seats and ship them to her at our cost and this reasonable offer has been refused In the meantime, Mrs*** has filed a series of disputes with American Express, who has in turn notified us each that we have fulfilled obligations for this transaction Unfortunately her order was placed with a centralized ticketing exchange which prohibits both parties from cancelling the order for any reason except the event being cancelled entirely This transaction is governed by the term and conditions of the ticketing exchange on which her order was placed and we expect both parties to honor them Once again, we feel shipping her alternate but identical seats is an equitable solution which she has continued to refuse
